Q: What should I do to make an order?
A: Just access the decoair.shop website, choose what you want, the right size, and buy it by PayPal.
Q: Is it possible to change or cancel my order?
A: We will help out with regards to your order to the best of our capability, in case it has not been processed yet. Please email us (contact@decoair.shop) as soon as possible and send your order number.
🚚 Shipping
Q: Do you have free shipping?
A: Yes! All orders within the United Kingdom are shipped free of cost.
Q: What is the time frame of shipping?
A: All processing takes 1 business day and all orders can be delivered within 1 to 3 business days (excluding Sundays and holidays).
Q:Are you international shippers?
A: At the moment we cannot deliver outside of the United Kingdom.
Q: Do I get tracking?
A: Yes, after you place your order it will be shipped and you will be given confirmation via mail as an email with a tracking number.
Returns and Refunds

A: We have 90 days to have items returned which are unused and unworn and come in the same packaging. All you have to do is to get in touch with us.
