Goods bought at uncertified retailers
Period of warranty
The coverage under warranty commences on the time of delivery of your item.
Rights to claim are exercised within 30 days upon delivery of your order.
Filing a Claim How to Do It
In order to claim warranty:

An account of the problem
Clearly taken images of fault/damage
We will also look over your claim and get back to you within 2 working days. Should it be accepted we shall provide:
Replacement free,
The full refund (including the shipping expenses that may be applied)
Warranty Return Shipping
In case your claim is accepted, we can reimburse the defective items shipping cost.
Documentation in the form of a Proof of Purchase will be needed.
In order to claim warranty, valid proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is mandatory. Without it we are unable to process claims.
